Position Overview
Lazure Hotel & Marina is looking for a professional and motivated Spa Therapist to join our award-winning spa team. In addition to providing world-class massage and beauty treatments, this role also includes welcoming guests at the spa reception, assisting with bookings, and ensuring a seamless spa journey from arrival to departure. Working with exclusive cosmetic brands, you will be trained to meet 5-star service standards and create a memorable experience for every guest.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform massages and spa treatments according to the spa menu and 5* standards.
- Assist at the spa reception: welcome guests, provide information about treatments, and handle bookings.
- Ensure guest safety, comfort, and privacy at all times.
- Maintain polite, professional, and warm communication with guests.
- Actively promote and upsell spa services, packages, and exclusive cosmetic products.
- Keep the spa environment clean, tidy, and aligned with hygiene standards.
- Participate in regular trainings and team meetings.
- Wear the assigned uniform neatly and with a name badge at all times.
- Contribute to monthly inventory counts and stock control.
- Follow emergency and evacuation procedures.
- Perform additional duties as instructed by the Spa Manager to support business goals.
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience in spa, wellness, or hospitality is an advantage, but not required – full training will be provided.
- Certification in massage therapy or beauty treatments is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Good command of English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).
- Professional, responsible, and customer-oriented.
