Job Title: Receptionist
Reported to: Front Office Assistant Manager and Front Office Manager
Job Description:
We are looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our guests and visitors. This role is key in creating a positive first impression and ensuring smooth Front Office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming guests and visitors in a warm, professional manner
- Handling phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries
- Assisting with check-in and check-out procedures
- Supporting reservations and updating guest information
- Coordinating guest requests with other departments
- Handling guest concerns and escalating when needed
- Maintaining a tidy and presentable reception area
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Basic computer skills; PMS experience is a plus
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
- English required; additional languages are a plus
