Position Title: Security Manager
Location: Lazure Hotel & Marina, Herceg Novi
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and responsible Security Manager to oversee and manage all security operations within the hotel. This position involves leading the security team, coordinating with external security service providers, managing security procedures, and ensuring support during special events and situations requiring enhanced security measures.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and manage the day-to-day operations of the Security Department and the Operations Center;
- Lead the security team and ensure the consistent implementation of security procedures and standards;
- Oversee CCTV, access control, and other security systems;
- Coordinate and supervise the work of external security service providers;
- Assess risks and implement preventive measures to protect guests, employees, and company assets;
- Coordinate security activities during events, VIP visits, and other situations requiring special security protocols;
- Respond promptly and professionally to incidents and emergency situations;
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports and records;
- Organize and conduct internal training sessions on security awareness and emergency response procedures;
- Cooperate with public authorities, emergency services, and other hotel departments;
- Continuously improve security procedures and standards in line with the requirements of luxury hospitality.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a managerial position within the security field, preferably within the hospitality industry;
- Strong leadership and organizational skills;
- Ability to make sound decisions and respond effectively in a dynamic environment;
- Excellent communication and coordination skills;
- Experience working with CCTV and access control systems;
- Good command of the English language.
