IT Technician
Reports to: IT Manager
Lazure Hotel & Marina is looking for a proactive IT Technician to support the daily IT operations of the hotel and marina.
During the high season, the number of users, devices, and technical requests increases significantly. The IT Technician will play an important role in ensuring quick response times and smooth operation of all essential systems used by our teams and guests.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide daily technical support to hotel and marina departments
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Install and maintain computers, printers, POS devices, and other IT equipment
- Respond quickly to technical requests and operational issues
- Support the stability of key systems such as internet connectivity, PMS integrations, TV systems, telephony, and security systems
- Assist the IT Manager in maintaining overall IT infrastructure
What We Are Looking For
- Previous experience in IT support or a similar role
- Basic knowledge of hardware, networking, and operating systems
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Good communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
- Fluency in Montenegrin and English is required
