Beach Bar Head Waiter

Location: Lazure Beach Club, Herceg Novi
Reports to: Beach Bar Manager and F&B Manager

Position Overview

Lazure Beach Club is looking for an experienced, service-oriented, and motivated Head Waiter to support the daily beach and beach bar operations while ensuring exceptional service standards and smooth team coordination.

This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who enjoys working in a dynamic seaside environment and understands the importance of creating memorable guest experiences through attentive, efficient, and elegant service.

The Head Waiter plays an important operational role by supporting the supervising team, guiding waiters during service, and ensuring that every guest enjoys a seamless and welcoming beach club experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth and efficient service operations within the beach and beach bar area
• Support and coordinate the waiter team during daily operations and busy service periods
• Maintain high standards of guest service and overall guest satisfaction
• Welcome guests professionally and ensure their needs are handled promptly and attentively
• Assist in organizing table and beach setup before the beginning of service
• Monitor cleanliness, presentation, and organization of the beach club service areas
• Support training and onboarding of new team members
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen, bar, hostess, and other operational departments
• Handle guest requests and resolve minor complaints professionally and efficiently
• Assist supervisors and management in maintaining operational standards and workflow
