Beach Bar Head Bartender

Location: Lazure Beach Club, Herceg Novi
Reports to: Beach Bar Manager and F&B Manager

Position Overview

Lazure Beach Club is looking for a professional, creative, and responsible Head Bartender to play a key role in the daily beach bar operations and contribute to delivering an exceptional guest experience.

We are seeking someone who understands modern bar standards, enjoys working in a dynamic seaside environment, and takes pride in creating the elegant, energetic, and welcoming atmosphere .

The Head Bartender is responsible for coordinating the bar team during service, maintaining high beverage preparation and service standards, and ensuring professional and efficient guest service throughout the operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and coordinate the daily work of the bar team
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with hotel standards
• Maintain high service quality and overall guest satisfaction
• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the bar area
• Monitor stock levels and ensure proper handling of bar inventory and equipment
• Support the training and guidance of bar team members
• Maintain effective communication with the waiter team and other operational departments
• Handle guest requests and minor complaints professionally and efficiently
• Ensure hygiene, safety, and operational procedures are consistently followed
• Support supervisors and management in maintaining operational standards and workflow
