Job Title: Bellboy/Valet
Reports to: Assistant Front Office Manager and Front Office Manager
Job Description:
As a Bellboy/Valet at Lazure Hotel & Marina, you will be an essential part of the guest experience, ensuring a warm welcome and seamless arrivals and departures. Your role involves providing professional assistance with luggage, valet parking, and guest requests while maintaining the highest level of hospitality and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Luggage Assistance: Welcome guests upon arrival, assist with their luggage, and ensure smooth transport to and from their rooms.
- Valet Parking Services: Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles while maintaining the highest level of care and responsibility.
- Guest Engagement: Offer courteous and professional assistance, anticipate guest needs, and provide helpful information about hotel services and local attractions.
- Safety & Security: Ensure guest belongings are handled with care and maintain awareness of security protocols when handling luggage and vehicles.
- Communication & Coordination: Liaise with the Front Office and other departments to ensure timely guest services and seamless coordination.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of valet services and guest requests in accordance with hotel procedures.
- Professionalism & Presentation: Uphold the hotel’s service standards with a professional appearance, friendly demeanor, and excellent customer service.
Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hospitality setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong guest service orientation.
- Ability to multitask and remain professional in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Professional appearance and a proactive, positive attitude.
